Our Story
InteGRITy CAS was founded in 2024 by Antalon Flemons Jr., a U.S. Army veteran and HR professional who saw too many qualified job seekers, especially fellow service members, being removed from consideration due to avoidable missteps:
Mistakes made during application submissions
Missing required documentation
Overemphasis on irrelevant skills
Unclear experience narratives
Determined to address these issues, Mr. Flemons created InteGRITy CAS to support individuals in showcasing their skills and experience with confidence and accuracy. What began as a mission to help fellow veterans has since expanded to assist job seekers from all backgrounds.
